I'm not sure. I found this CD as I was packing to move. How can I check to see if it's compatible with Vista?

im not really sure how you check it i quess as long as it says it is for windows i can use it will u check it .

I know it's compatible with Windows because that's what I had when I played it. This is what the game says in the back:
System Requirements - IBM PC and compatibles, 486 (33Mhz) or better recommended. 4Mb minimum (8Mb recommended). 570k Dos required. If EMM386 used, a minimum of 2Mb needs to be allocated to EMS. Minimum VGA supporting 320x 200 256 colors (1024k). Minimum single speed Multimedia LEVEL 1 CD-ROM drive.
