Here is a Heiland Denver Strobonar V
Made in the 1950's
Power Pack: 7 5/32" wide x 6 3/8" high x 2 1/16" thick. Lamp Head: 5 3/8" diameter x 2 7/8" deep.

Not sure of working condition
