It is a flame-retardant electronic temperature control heating cap. The inner embedded plastic film is waterproof and anti-electricity, and it is detachable and convenient to be washed. Comes with two control settings.

Safe to wear all night? Washable? It's just what I need when I slather my hair in WEN conditioners or coconut oil. I smell like Jamaica!

I wouldn't recommend using it all night. It might be uncomfortable, and not sure if it's meant for that. However, I don't think you'd die lol...

Sorry, I should've read your description. I Really need to learn how to read! LOL. I SEE it is, in fact, washable. insofar as leaving on all night, if I when, I'll take my chances...but it WOULD make for an interesting obituary, huh?
