Quick question! How will you ship these? I know lighters are not legal to be sent through the mail without special permits;-) Much like cologne or perfume.

Unless they have changed the rules, lighters can be sent using surface mail and they have to be well packed so the mechanism won't ignite.

Hi there UglySam..bet you're not really ugly..lol. Yes, all of these lighters are brand new and never used. I tested each and every one to make sure, so I guess each one has technically been used one time..to be completely accurate! I've been selling/buying on listia a very long time. I can promise you that I will send you exactly what you see..brand new.
