iPod screen it's cracked tho that doesn't affect the touch screen functions at all.
Refer to pictures on the side by the buttons trees a lil bump the day it fell off my hands it landed on the side bending a lil and breaking the screen.

For your knowledge this iPod has been DISCONTINUED meaning it's hard to find In a retail store also since it's been DISCONTINUED most apps now days are made for new versions of IPOD you might not find that many apps for this iPod but there are some.

Music and Movies work fine on this device :)

iPod works just fine despite the broken screen.

Shipping options: well it's up to you if you want to charge for hoping or ship it for free but I personally have never charge anyone in here I've always offer free shipping means I pay for the item to be mail I strongly suggest you do free shipping you will get more people to watch and bid on your auctions that way.

I had a newbie getting mad at me cuz his iPod shuffle didn't get many bids like one I had up for auction and he was demanding me to tell the rest of the world that he had an iPod too the problem was that he had a grey MP3 player that look like an iPod shuffle lol and people wouldn't bid cuz he was trying to sell it as an iPod and couldn't accept that he had an MP3 player next thing you know he's calling the BIDERS stip and morons I was like yeah LISTIA ain't for you and blocked him it was unreal.

Personally I think you're low-balling the quality of the display. It looks very good to me!

Also, I can vouch for the fact that a cracked screen can have 0 impact on the performance of an iPod. As I got a very badly cracked 4 touch a few months ago.

I know man I know just that some people are kinda smart asses with their questions it's hard to give them an accurate response that they will understand so they won't have to ask about it again and again lol such is the case with two new LISTIAns they just wouldn't give up telling me this was an iPod 2gen even after I provided info and pics and did my research and proof that this is in fact a 3rd gen.

I do agree with you the crack on it never got on the way of how it performed and Ive been having it for 6 years.

This is a 2nd generation and is indeed running iOS 4.2.1 as that's the latest they run the 3rd gen runs up to iOS 6

I've noticed that the newbs that get mad are generally trying to run a scam, which is totally ('scuse my French) ret*rded to try on Listia unless you can convince people to send you "shipping". And even then!

I've been scammed many times, and never lost a cent. (Except for one longtime user who just disappeared, that I sent $3 in stamps. I'd done business with him before, he had well over 1,000 auctions and 100% feedback. I just asked if he'd take it in Amazon Gift Cards, it took him forever to reply, so I just sent the stamps, and when I checked his profile later it was gone. So I don't really count that as a scam. I don't know what happened. Maybe he moved, who knows.)
