As the daughter of a jeweler, yes, most certainly you can get this ring sized down, and even up if needed, but not down by more than a size or you will challenge the shank of the ring. Silver is very soft and going bigger means thinning the band and putting extra pressure on the shank and setting. I wouldn't recommend going up more than one size. As far as making it smaller, using a ring guard is a great idea. That way you can have it fit you by not having it sized and should your fingers swell or get larger, you can just remove the guard. Most estate, or older jewelers have them readily available and they are very easily added to the inside of the ring. Gorgeous and such a nice listing! Fanned, watching and love your listings. :) L
this seems to be a real favorite!! there are a lot of fans before me? I see someone ask you about a 9, I need an eight. I was going to ask you about the bottom of the ring to see if maybe a jeweler could make it into an 8? thanks
