Length from back of neck to hemline = 29"
Sleeve length from top of sleeve seam to end of cuff = 25"

Hi, Thank you for your nice comment. The measurement for the bust & back length are in the ad but I didn't list the sleeve length. The bust armpit to armpit is 21" so 42" around - the sleeve length from top of sleeve seam to end of sleeve cuff is 25".
