this is a somewhat Rare piece. cute hand painted and/or stamped Sweet Blue Cottage style house with removable roof top! Older item, though not sure of age.

Dollar bill shown for size comparison. This is a larger type shelf-sitter / Christmas village style wooden decor item.

Vintage and as such does show some wear from age.. please inspect images closely for complete details.

bottom is handpainted "The Village Collection by Morsan Designs" and has a sticker that says 'made in china' on it.

this wooden HOUSE would make a nice primitive or christmas decor item or perfect for the collector

note: this item did not come from a smoke free home but has been stored in a non-smoking environment for several years tho i cannot guarantee it will be free of any smoke odor.
