This auction is for a INB Graded MS70 Deep Cameo 1989-S Washington Quarter. MS70 and Deep Cameo are both the best grade features of a coin, but some believe that the grading company INB is not, you decide.
The case is a bit worn and all of the markings that you see are not on the coin, but the case. The coin is a beautuiful looking quarter.

I never clean or alter coins in any way, and do my best to allow you to see every detail and/or every blemish that the coins I list have, so that you can make an informed and confident bid.

Most of you know that I have been adding a rider to all of my auctions, stating that the post office is no longer reliable enough to get anything delivered in a timely manner and I wish that this was not necessary.
Now that the holidays are over with, the Post Office has been doing a better job of getting packges to their destination in a timely manner. Just let it be known that all items will be sent the next available day after end of auction, for I actually go to the Post Office and pay for the Package and Tracking in person so that you will receive your item as soon as possible. I also check all Tracking numbers daily and will keep you informed of anything that is out of the ordinary.
