no it does not, that u would have to get when u activate it at tmobil, or if you already have tmobile then you just switch your sim card from your phone to this one ty

How long have you had the phone and are there any scratches on it especially the screen?

I ve had the phone a little over a year and as long as I have had it, its been in a protective case and also has had a screen protector on it. So as far as scracthes there are a couple of little ones on the back and none on the front of the screen. Hope this helps. Also I've included the protective case. Ty :)
