Well the size says 18-24 months but it fits like a 2t. My boy is is a 4th barely and he just barely doesn't first it anymore.

hello are you saying your son is 4 now and this does not fit him anymore so if thats what your saying than is he tiny i have a grandson that is 1 year old and chubby and walking hopeing this might fit

Yes my boy has downs syndrome. His sizes don't match. So the top is 1 size and the bottoms r a size or size and 1/2 smaller. But the pajamas r big for the size listed.
