> Free shipping, when offered, is only in the USA. However, delivery confirmation is not something I use since most items go first class letter. For first class parcels, this is an option the Buyer may request at their expense. I take all items are taken to the post office. I will not be responsible for lost, mangled or mishandled mail.

I would be willing to take the following payments: Paypal PREFERRED You don't have to have a Paypal account to send money to me. You simply click on send money and use your debit/credit card info to Paypal and Paypal sends me the money. Your financial information is not revealed to me.

I will accept Concealed cash (sent at your own risk). Money Orders require an extra steps, an additional 7-10 business days, and $1.00.

> I carefully package all items I ship out. Alert your post office, rather than me, to poor handling. I will do my best to give you an ETA on your item(s) based on the day I ship.

> Difficult customers and suspected fraudulent dispute filers shall be blocked from future auctions. I will not respond to rude, accusatory or argumentative e-mails. I will NOT honor auctions won by minors, suspected minors or suspected scammers.

I see you are a good seller. And honestly not trying to be mean or rude at all just wanted to point a few things out. Not to say you are not honest either, but so am I. And I always point out things I find wrong. Some of your "terms" are in violation of Listia terms/rules. Like the 48 hours thing. Listia rules state for winners: "Unless otherwise agreed upon by both the winner and seller, you must contact the seller within 7 days and provide the lister with your shipping address (if applicable) and shipping payment (if applicable)" .

Then you have the paying for DC part. Listia rules on this: "If you specify Free Shipping for your auction, it must be unconditional. This means that you cannot add conditions within your auction for shipping to be free. You also cannot exclude certain regions within your specified shipping zone unless required by law.". Then your term of not responsible for lost,mangled, or mishandled items, Listia rules on this: "You cannot state that you are not responsible for safe arrival of the item or ensuring that items are delivered as described. For example, you cannot state "I am not responsible for this item once I ship it out". It is the responsibility of the lister to ensure the auction item gets to the winner.The lister is fully responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item to ensure against damage or loss from normal shipping practices.Adding a tracking number or delivery confirmation is highly suggested since it is the only way to protect the shipper in case the package is missing. Tracking is usually free with UPS, FedEx and USPS Priority when buying postage online.".

So as you can see. Those are clear violations of Listia. I understand scammer and frauds all too well. But you still have to follow the rules as well. I ain't saying you are wrong, as I said I understand, BUT, you may not know of these rules either so, I figured I would point it out. But now, how long the USPS takes to get an item to someone, that is way different, LOL, we surely cannot control that one at all.Via Listia rule page about this issue: " Auctions that do not adhere to these rules may be removed or refunded if they have already ended."

Again not trying to be rude, you just simply may not know about these rules. I was planning to bid, but of course, I did not agree with those terms you listed so I did not bid to make it easier on me and you. Even though if you had violation a Listia rule I would be in the right not you, But anyways. I figured I would point this out. Like i said I have seen your page, and I surely understand the frauds and scammers on here totally really do been there done that.

Also while I could not find a rule on your less than 5 feedback thing, I am sure that as well it not allowed. Sorry but this is not eBay,where you have those choices.

Gee Jen I'm glad I know you or I might have been scared off!! lol, for all reading this I can vouch for this seller, she is great, I have done several transactions with her in the past! Lately I have been having problems with several of my auction wins too from other people and I have heard the same from several of my friends on Listia, maybe there is a full moon out?? Sandy
