This is a listing for 2 tubes of 1oz Halloween face paint from Party City. One of the tubes is out of the package but was never used. The other package is beat up but the tube is in perfect, unused, New condition. The reason one tube is out is because we were going to use this for my daughter's talent show last year but when we opened it up we realized it wasn't the look she was going for. So technically that tube is used but it was one finger drop. :-)
