This variety produces early, very dark red and extremely sweet roots up to 3" across. It's good fresh, canned or frozen. The beets are delicious but the tops are good cooked or in salads too.

You're welcome. That was a guess though. It is enough to get a garden of beets going. be sure to eat the beet tops too. They are delicious.

I don't count the seeds. I send enough to get a garden going. Beets are delicious. The greens are great to eat too.
