ok,, here are the measurements:
it has 3 sets of hooks.
the smallest hook will make it be 27 inches wide.
the middle hooks will make it be 28 inches wide.
the last hooks will make it be 29 inches wide.
stretched out as far as it will go it is 36 inches wide.
