I just need something that compress my legs I get gout in my legs and muscle cramps and Charlie horses pretty bad in my legs and I found wearing women's tights help a lot I have less pain and walk with out limping thanks normally I wear queen size

These are not heavy compression but more than a regular panty hose. They are in NO WAY compression hose. BUT I can add, they are better than nothing and panty hose When I was wearing this kind it was to help my legs from cramping. I was on my feet for 12 + hours per day. Now I'm retired.

How would I size these for a man 5 ft 11 195 lbs

According to the sizing in pix 2. It shows 195lbs. And 5'11" would fit. It never seen a pkg on tights to compare men or women as to weight or height. If I'm the same size as another gender in weight or height---it should fit relatively the same. We ALL have lumps and bumps in the hips, waist and leg area. There is no gusset for men in the area they need one. However, I have seen make dance tights with no "gusset".

Pantyhose are rip to easy and don't help at all and very cold no warmth tights keep my legs warm and help my pain and don't rip as soon as you put them on I've tried pantyhose first just a waste of money my wife said to try tights and they work well thanks for getting back to me enjoy your evening
