This lot is for 6 stamps unused and in protective covers. The first 5 or green stamps I have missed place the details. But I know they were issuded around 1949. They were for the reuinon of the united confederate veterans. These are 3 cent stamps.... now the red one was issued August 29,1949 to commemorate the final encampment of the Grand Army of the Republic, held in Indianapolis, IN. The oranization was formed in 1866 for Union veterans of the American Civil War.
