it says not for children under the age of 3 and I didnt see this before but it says 5+ on it. idk why tho. I would have thought it would be fine for 3+. maybe because the puzzle is wood and they dont want the kids chewing on the pieces but my son is 5 and he still puts everything in his mouth so idk? lol thank you for asking. I'm glad that it is disclosed now. I will update and put that as a disclosure.

lol. my 17 month old AND my 5 year old are both obsessed w/putting things in their mouth. I walked in on my son chewing on a AAA battery the other day and just about lost my noodle. He almost got to the middle of it, thank god I stopped him before he did. that would have been ugly. good luck to you :-)
