This ipod shuffle works when connected to my computer ( I can add and delete songs) but when it isnt hooked up to my computer it doesnt turn on.
Auction does not include headphones

yeah - i definitely agree it's the battery. i've never replaced one, but it couldn't be too much ($5?).
