sorry to hear that they did not help you, have you tried diet.. example numeric, ginger etc they help me last summer I got last and stop therefore pain is back, reply and I give you recopy from prevention magazine.

Yeah i tried different herbs and in my food. Herbal teas, all sorts of O.T.C.. my doctor wants to put a rod in my back and neck but not trying to do all that right now. Lol. You know people need to work to live.

So make a daily bloody mary with lots of numeric and pepper some olive oil (virgin of course) maybe on weekends :0 : ))
