(Plantago majora) ~Plantain seeds contain psillium (metamucill) and its large "dinosaur skin" leaves contain aloetonin making them excellent for skin poltace bandage. I leave a few Plantain growing in the garden every year for first aid use and it self sews in lawn areas.

The juice of the plant is like food to our skin. When the leaf is against the skin it slowly seeps out it juice. You can also dry it and make a skin tonic tea from the leaves.
