Sold for $100 - Worn a number of times, but works fine, and still looks great.

Dollar is not included, only used for size reference.

MOVEMENT: 3 hand Japanese quartz. CASE: Custom 50 meter stainless steel with hardened mineral crystal and triple gasket crown. 36.50mm diameter. BAND: Custom solid stainless steel with single locking clasp. 16.25mm wide. Waterproof up to 50 meters.

What happens if a buyer doesn't get one of your items. Just lost credits and shipping? I have had 2 people say they didn't get their item and offered to replace but no response after that. I realize things can happen, but I suspect people do this to really get items free. Saw you list not resp. for loss,damage, etc....I think I need to state that as well. Just wondering about your opinion on this.

A buyer will definitely get my items based on my feedback. I have 100% feedback on both here (close to 100) and on eBay (close to 1000).

I offer tracking for valuable items and items with over a certain about of credits - I am not responsible for loss and damage because I package all my items with care (I have honestly shipped and received more packages than most people can ever claim - hundreds a month, easily).

I recently had a package that got a rip during shipment and then water leaked in from bad rain. The buyer disputed, but Listia ruled it favor of me. I take pictures of each package I send out to show that it was packaged and stamped correctly. The rip was out of my control, and while USPS claimed that I should have used a cardboard box for mailing a card (yes a CARD), it's quite ridiculous to think that anything should mailed in a paper envelope then. I sealed it on all edges and even put the card in a plastic sleeve and taped it, and it still happened. Even my college diploma was mailed in a cardboard sleeve and still got wet.

It happens, just like you said.

Listia isn't actually free stuff, it's a trading zone, essentially. Credits are money, and I am more than happy to refund buyers if there is a valid reason. Again, any Listian, seller or buyer, has to take in account feedback, and the care somebody puts into listing something or responding to comments. That's all I can say about that.
