Novelty = Custom Jewelry. Not real silver. Hard metal though. Probably made in China.

i don`t think that this watch is an actual stop watch used to clock races , timed events, etc. just a pocket watch timepiece, or is it?

Yep...its a watch only. No stopwatch function. Pic #5 shows face. Novelty watch so, not the great quality of a fine pocket watch from jewelry store.
