dont have stamp its real old but i have a gold and silver tester and it has been tested and its a positive for silver

That doesn't prove anything. It ocould be a base metal with silver plating. Silver plating would test positive with acid. You'd have to file it down a bit and test what's underneath. If it were solid silver, it would have a hallmark.
