You can use the Xbox 360 Vision Camera (pictured above) to take personal gamerpic pictures, you can use it in some games that have facial mapping (Rainbow Six Vegas 1 & 2, and i think there are others) you can play UNO (the arcade game) and have a video feed instead of your gamerpic. Download a free game from the marketplace called Totemball and play that (requires the camera)

Otherwise it makes a really decent webcam if you don't have one of those :)
