This listing is for ONE of the exact pieces shown in the picture. I was a piercer for more than a decade and a half and have about 1800 pieces of brand new jewelry left. no, as per title, they are surgical stainless steel and they are 14g

That would really depend on a few things. You would have to already be at 14g which is too big for that piercing, as those always migrate in time, but will make it happen faster. It would also depend on how deep in the tissue bed it is placed, as these may be too long.

I would go for the 16g eyebrow listing. You should let it go back down to a 16g if you want to keep the piercing longer. It is not recommended to do this piercing more than once, as it can cause speech and tongue move-ability problems later.
