Those are mini bottles with a cap on the top of them, the cap can be opened/removed!! It is usually used for crafts or making a necklace with it. You can empty the colors inside and change it to something else, that is up to you.

•If the bidding number is 800 or more, I will be more than glad to send out BOTH!!
