I do need.it . Eww you should see my Eyes Sharon . Dark eyes , circles & dryness under eye. They are quite dark & look just awful. To be honest a little birdy told me to place this up . Truest me , I know a thing about the monsters under the eyes !!!! It's hard keeping at a bay .
From the most expensive to drug store line they are all pretty most all the same ingredients only some have more active ingredient than others do .
Even though Elf is not an expensive product , it really seems to work !!!!!

I have a few products made by ELF and I think they are actually good products , Especially for the price. They could be an off brand for Estee Lauder or some other well known expensive brand for all we know.
