WOW! Look what I found in my closet and is offered here to you now! This tote bag measures approximately 15 1/2" tall by 15" wide so it's nice and roomy for books or beach stuff or whatever you need to carry around. The handles add about another 10" in height. There's an inside zippered pocket and a snap closure on top. It is pre-loved so it's not perfect but still highly usable. No holes or rips that I can see. Sorry I can't offer free shipping on this one but that being said you are still getting a very fair deal!
