OK its like this a regular vape pen starter kit in a ego or evod they are not able to change voltage and are at a set voltage. a VV is a variable voltage most are set from 3.2 to 4.8 because this way you can adjust volts to get the taste of the liquid you like best then a VW variable wattage helps in the higher wattage to blow bigger clouds of smoke. thanks ZANE
