gggggggg most people on here will want to transact through paypal when it comes to shipping cost when and if it applies so I suggest you invest into setting up a Paypal account you can also purchase Paypal cash cards for $4 upload whatever amount you need to send to the seller to ship your item and send the unused but loaded card to them if they will do this I would but I would want a copy of the receipt sent with it not the original just a copy with your signature and the amount agreed upon or as advertised for shipping cost. This allows the seller to activate the Paypal cash card onto their personal Paypal and upload the money to their PP account safely and securely. Now as I said it cost $4 just to upload money onto one so it would be cheaper and better to just get a Paypal account established with a checking or CC linked to it.
Only other option I myself will accept other then PP and A PP Cash card is a POST Office money order.
I hope the seller here doesnt mind me posting this comment i hope it will help this new person as well as yourself possibly if interested in accepting that type of payment methods/alternatives.
Also gggggggggg paypal is great for any and all online shopping and paypal can also send you a debit card that you can use anywhere that takes the Mastercard
