this is 5 santas all crochet. they have beaded eyes and nose, one is missing a nose, but you can get a bead and glue it on, if I have the right color I'll add it to the face. they are about 1 in with hat a little taller. you can put them on a doily, a pencil top. use your imagination. I am trying to do more, but don't have the right face color thread. Been to lots of store and still can't find it. but there are 5
