I would say 17 and up, it's a very bloody game and not for small children. It may give them nightmares.

Ther is a way to turn off all the blood but I couldn't say how. If you could figure that out it might be ok for 15. You need to use your on judgement.

Depends on the destination and a trip to the post office. I can't kneep going back and forth all the time.so I have to wait until the trip is worth making. A lot of packages at once.
