It is sealed but looks like it may have a band to attach to hair , not sure as i cannot see in package too well sorry , thanks for looking and good luck if bidding

i just googled it is not like what they have on net , this was bought few yrs back in beauty parlor as a hair piece , before the braiding of hair styles of today it is one piece, you have to take apart and i think it would be difficult to use if taken apart
