This a high end jacket w/ hood; is lined & very warm for your little 'best friend'. It was given to me by a friend but was too small for our Pekinese. Never been worn. It has the dog logo on the back & as you can see in photo # 1 has the Toggle look of an actual closings. (but it does not really open on the back.. To be perfectly honest, no I don't think so. Our Pekingese weighs 12 lbs & it's too tight on him. Sorry:)
