It is Genuine 10k GOLD. I tried to take a pic of the marks but couldn't get a good one. The Topaz I can not say, 100% All I can tell you is what I was told, that it is a Blue Topaz. I won this with a stuffed purse. The best stuffed purse auction I had ever seen on Listia. Not filled with ANY junk all quality items. The only reason I am auctioning this is I am trying to build my Christmas credits. I have been buying a lot lately and I am way down....lol
