How do you ship to ensure no damage or bending happens?

I put in a monilia envelope for shipping. I also write on from and back. Please do not bend. That's the best I can do. Unless you have suggestions.

U can place a piece of cardboard on both sides of the pages. It's lightweight and will protect it decently during shipping :)
