This phone will take a charge sometimes may be a pain so if you just want this for parts or games it is wifi useable it is set back to the orgional factory settings ready to be shipped I only ship in the U.S. with tracking I will come down in the price depends on the offer sometimes it does give a hard time charging just have to wiggle the charger plug but when it does charge it charges fully and can be used if you do use a regular USB wall charger with a long wire it will charge no problem it is fully charged works just fine reset to the factory setting
