Questions & Comments
I do have some questions, but first a bit of advice: I wouldn't put my address in an auction. Listia IS part of the Internet, and the Internet is full of creeps and crazies. Luckily, since no one has bid yet, you can remove that. Personally I just put in my zip code, which Listia translates into my city. I don't know why Listia even allows users to put in complete addresses.
As for my questions:
I assume it comes with the box, cover art, and booklet? (A poorly constructed question, but one nonetheless. ^_^)
I see you're not real new, but I still thought I'd mention not to worry about the lack of bids so far. It's not the BEST of signs, but most bids will come in the last few hours anyway. Lots of folks like to wait till the last moment to bid so that they don't loose access to their credits for days at a time.
It's the one negative in Listia's setup. Especially since they don't refund credits purchased. They'd get more purchases if they allowed that. And I might start buying credits again if they did. In fact, if they demanded like a week's turnaround, they could put that cash into a short-term bond, or something, to earn back their costs, plus some. Unfortunately Listia is a cash-sink if you pay for credits. Cash goes in, but it doesn't come out. (Not counting the horrible, 200,000 minimum, buyback. That doesn't even come close to reimbursing what THEY charge for credits.) Unlike an auction site that uses actual money, where you can bid high, lose, and it's cost you nothing.
Cool. Thanks! Oh, and by the way, Listia allows you to reply to individual comments. That sends notifies the comment or of your reply. Simply creating a new comment does not.
In the iOS app there is a blue, curved arrow on the right for replying. I don't recall what it looks like on the website or the Android app. But it's there. ^_^
