The listing, Dressy plus size women's blouse has ended.

This black and white tie around the back top is great for a casual day at the office or for going out on a date! The blouse is a 14P made by connected, but it fits me and I'm a XL or 1X. Hi there! Thanks for your time and interest in the top. When listing an item on listia, it allows you to set the shipping cost as free, exact, or you can set your own price. You can also set a different shipping price for different countries. You can even set a cost for the USA,then set a price using the option everywhere else. So on this listing I have set the shipping cost for the US as free, in Canada its $4.50, and everywhere else it's set for exact. I hope this helps!

In your title you list it is a plus size top but in your description you state it is a 14P. I am highest bid right now and concerned I may be bidding on something that will not fit
