Not the original owner, so i don't know if this is prewashed or anything, but there are no smells, if that helps any. fabric blue floral (small flowers)- cotton 36.75" x 44". recently went through my collection and decided to give this up because i hadn't done anything with it, would make a cute skirt, or if you are a seamstress, add a tank top, to make a maxi dress if you are short like me
