Sorry new to LISTA and have full time job that I JUST GOT, during the holiday season as customer service. Your comment was very rude and do NOT want to deal with you. As for nice people the bag measures approximately 17" long x 17" high by 8" deep.

It is fully lined in polyester with an inside zip pocket against back wall with dual compartments at opposite side perfect for holding cell phones and personal goods that you need easy access too.

It has a cheerful lip logo printed exterior with funky large dangling kiss lip application attached to dual leather handles. There is some wear and tear on handles BUT nothing really noticeable to the naked eye. The outside front also has a pouch that close with drawstrings. Please see NEW pictures attached. Sorry to the NICE people for the delay.
