I got these from a friend who used to do Professinal photo shoots and these are some of the things she no longer uses.

For example, if you get the shipping address and payment on Tuesday, you have until the next Tuesday to ship
If you fail to do so, the winner will be entitled to a refund in case of a dispute
As always, we encourage you to ship items ASAP and well before the limit to ensure a smooth transaction.

So as stat3ed up there unless agreed on by both seller and buyer, Bidders are agreeing to my terms when they place a bid. I ship about once a week but make it known it could take a little longer to ship. but thanks so much for the advice.
