This is a Targus Universal Laptop Docking Station! Model No. ACP50. This handy piece acts as a laptop cooling stand, standing the laptop at a slant to allow improved cooling, and with just one simple USB plub, you can re-route your computer to a full sized monitor, keyboard, and mouse! With the simple installation of the necessary drivers available from Targus.com. (I'm sorry guys, I don't have an install disc, but I had to do it the same way online, too!) Once the laptop is set up to accept it, simply plug in the USB cable from the dock into a free USB port in your laptop, flip on the power to the docking station and to your laptop, and you're good to go.
