I love Zumba I do it almost every nite . I do it one nite a week in a class. U really get toned up and Burn lots of calories it is so fun to do ..

Fanned & watching :) I SO need this! I have been unemployed for the last 3.5 months because of a work injury and then when I was well enough to go back to work, they decided they didn't "need" me anymore, grrrr, anywho, I have gained 20lbs back from the 50 I lost last year and this is exactly what I need to get me motivated! I hope I win!!!
