Verizon, and it just comes with the phone, and it works perfectly

is this phone global meaning can you use it outside the US with a sim card. Is the ESN number clean or do you owe a bill?

I don't know about using it out of the US, I dont think theres a port for a SIM card though. And I don't owe anything my contract just expired

Yes it's got a battery it hold a decent charge, it should have no problem activating it, but no charger
