This is great! I have been using it for a week now and have lost 3 pounds. I have been using both the inhaler and the massage oil. I rub some of the oil behind my ears and I use the inhaler everytime I find myself wanting to snack. I open my inhaler and inhale deeply for each nostril. Using Essential oils to heal and lose weight.
