P.S. I LOVE THE CELERY LEAVES! They are very zesty/ Peppery but if you cook them oh the celery flavor! I love to season a whole chicken with garlic salt and paprika like a full coat of paprika (cover it) then put the celery leaves on top and roast it. the leaves keep in the moisture while holding the seasoning there for the most part you end up with a perfectly seasoned chicken the most flavorful broth and delicious celery leaves!!***
