The listing, Portable Battery Operated iHome with Case has ended.

Up for auction is a portable, battery operated iHome with case. This is a small iHome that DOES NOT charge the iPod and is battery operated (4 Triple A's). It comes with the case and would be great for a "tween" (or anyone) that wants to listen to their iPod in their room (or anywhere) when company is over.

PLEASE NOTE: In order for this iHome to work, it needs a cord that connects from the iPod to the iHome. This IS NOT INCLUDED. I cannot find the cord, you'll have to purchase one to use this.

There's a plug-in on the back of the iHome. You connect the cord from this plugin to where you plug your earbuds into your iPod

No, it's not a USB cord. I'm not sure what the cord is called exactly. Both ends look the same and they'll fit into where you plug your earbuds at on your iPod.

Its a regular audio cord, nothing fancy or special. I have one. Walmart and radio shack has them, or you can get them on ebay. They're around $5 for the long 6 footers, some cheaper.
