I have 2 packs of these neclaces they are 3 pieces each but one of the packs I added 2 more neclaces to them because my wife had opened a pack and only used one of the neclaces so I added the 2 extras to one of the packs. They come in the white and a greenish blue, the white have the 2 extras in them. The neclaces have a medal clasp like any neclaces, that keep the neclace on you.
